Toronto: Police have provided new details regarding last week’s shooting at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto. During a press conference held at Toronto police headquarters, Police Chief Myron Demkiw and Chief Superintendent Joe Matthews outlined the progress of the investigation and shared further information.
This marks the second shooting targeted at the consulate building on University Avenue this year. The incident occurred at around 4:45 a.m. Previously, the consulate building was struck in a similar attack on March 10. The latest shooting comes just four months after that initial incident.
