THUNDER BAY: The Thunder Bay Malayalee Association is set to celebrate Onam. The festivities, titled “Mega Onam 2025,” will be held on September 6, starting at 12 PM at the Thunder Bay Cle Collegiate Building.
According to association officials, the Onam celebration will feature a “Chenda Melam” performance by Niagara Tharangam, dance, a traditional Onam feast, and various cultural and sports competitions. Admission will be ticketed. The ticket prices are $25 for association members, $30 for non-members, and $15 for children aged 6-13. Children under 6 will have free entry.
