OTTAWA: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued invitations to 4,500 French-speaking candidates in the third Express Entry draw of September. The draw, which targets the French language proficiency category, aims to strengthen Francophone communities across Canada.
The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw was 446. This latest round follows two other draws conducted this month: one for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on September 3 and another for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) on September 2.
To date, the IRCC has issued a total of 62,109 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system in 2025.
